This was our fourth year in Copenhagen, and working with Sparta, the organisers of the Copenhagen Marathon. We are the elite athlete coordinator for the event, and the family has the privilege of following us to the event each year. Skåne District Championships

DNS. Due to malady I did not participate.

I have entered my first event for the year – Skåne’s District Championships’ (Skånes UDM-DM-VDM i terränglöpning) on Saturday 2nd April. It is a local off-road event here in Ystad.

It will also be my first ever event that I will participate in as a veteran. And, that just sounds weird – me a veteran? Yes .. I will turn 35 this year (luckily only in the very end of December!) and that places me in the Female Veteran 35 (FV35) category. In Sweden K35.

I entered a 4K race. I am looking forward to racing on familiar grounds.

Coming season

I am yet to see the race calendar for this coming year. I look forward to going through the little booklet of events and picking the ones most suitable for me. That will most likely to be a few 10K races and an odd 21K.

The race season starts in March-April – around there – so there is still some time to get the body and mind into shape for the coming season and before the first line up.
