Saturday evening treat

Almost like fish n’ chips .. only without the fish. Potato wedges, here with parsnip, well roasted  in sufficient oil and salt at 250 degrees.  Served with a dollop of mayonnaise. Scrumptious!

Roasted veggies

    We love roasted veg. I like roasted potato, peppers, aubergine, mushroom and red onions with some chicken or beef.

    • We also enjoy roasted veggies, and sometimes that is all that is needed. It was long time since I roasted pepper and onion. I will add those next time, thanks for reminding!
