Build up – week 6

Last week’s training was completely uninterrupted and went as planned. Looking at the coming week’s training I will have run 6 days in the row by the time Friday comes. This is a new challenge, which has been received with determination. It is my 6th week on build up training.

Mon: 1 h easy
Tue: 1 h easy with last 15 mins at 65% effort
Wed: 1 h easy
Thu: 5 x 8 mins intervals, with 2 min rest in between, intervals at 75% effort
Fri: Rest
Sat: 40-50 mins over rolling hills (cannot really be found over here!!)
Sun: 75 mins easy
