Build up – week 5

This week’s schedule needed some shuffling. I prefer having Friday as my rest day and doing the long run on Sunday. So, the training for the week looks like this.

Mon: Rest
Tue: 1 h easy with last 15 mins at 65% effort
Wed: 1 h easy
Thu: 5 x 8 mins intervals, with 2 min rest in between, intervals at 75% effort
Fri: Rest
Sat: 40-50 mins over rolling hills (cannot really be found over here!!)
Sun: 75 mins easy
