Sub 40 min 10K training programme

Instead of going to the 3rd week of the training cycle I will start the cycle from the beginning on Tuesday, i.e. back to day 1 of the sub 40 minute 10K programme. My week will look like this.

Mon: 1h easy
Tue: 60-70min easy
Wed: 1h easy
Thu: 5 x 2K with 90sec rest
Fri: Rest
Sat: Longest run up to 90 minutes
Sun: 1h easy
