To Run is to Understand

To Run is to Understand

I started running after my husband made a comment about the length of time it took me to run a route on the farm. He asked me whether I ‘pick my nose and scratch my bum’ while out on the route.  There I was simply running listening to music and could never understand what running was all about.

Well, I am now beginning to learn and this year, June 2010, after running 20 minutes at a time I committed to the 10k Training Program on Time-to-Run.

And I can say I have never looked back and yes, of course it helps to have married an athletic coach.

This blog A Runner’s Life, is exactly that, as I plot my running and running experiences
